'I was not changing the vibe or my mood': Bartender's reaction to 1-star review divides Twitter

The people who left this one-star review should pick a different bar to hang out at… or was it actually their bartender who was out of line? Commenters were totally split on who was technically at fault in this situation. 

Twitter user @MyNameIsAmy shared a funny anecdote from her job. Customers left a one-star review at her place of business, calling her out for a pretty petty reason. In their review, the customers were annoyed that their group wasn't permitted to change the music. However, I think it was more so the tone of the employee's refusal that they took issue with. 

Commenters and quote tweeters were quite divided on this. Were the customers in the wrong for demanding a song be changed? Did they really have the right idea by leaving a one-star review on an entire establishment just because of the actions of one employee? If we wanted customers to have the option to pick the music we would invest in touch tunes, but we don't, so we won't. Trash take, and you probably shouldn't veiw service industry workers as servants, because they arent.
